Returns & Exchanges
Because the usage of this product can be very intimate, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges.
We do offer exchanges on items that are damaged in transit. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery, no exceptions. Please see below process for how to process an exchange for a damaged item:
1) Please email clear photos of the damage to email@example.com and ask for an exchange.
2) After your exchange has been approved we send you a pre-paid shipping label for complimentary return shipping. The item(s) must be returned to us within 2 weeks from the date we provide you the free shipping label. If we receive the item(s) after 2 weeks have passed, the exchange authorization is nullified.
3) Once we receive the damaged egg, we will send out the replacement of the same egg you ordered.
Exceptions: If the product description is listed as-is, or already describes any imperfections, the item is not eligible for an exchange. We also do not offer exchanges if you crack the egg by placing it in boiling water, drop the egg on the ground, crack it in a toilet, or otherwise damage it. Please be careful with your precious yoni eggs, friends. <3
